The TALK Method
The TALK Method
To support those conversations with our staff and customers we have developed the TALK four step approach. Not all wearing the sunflower need to automatically be approached, however if this takes place consider the below
T-TIME - give people the time and space to answer, ask questions or talk - you might have to change your communication style to help with this such as using closed questions instead of open ones. Be mindful of the environment, is it noisy etc

A-ASK what helps - do not be scared to ask questions, be mindful that communication styles differ as with body language, some people may like direct eye contact others may not.
